Cancellation & Refund Policy
Currently, Zappit does not permit cancellations once a booking has been confirmed. All bookings made through our Platform are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The platform fee of INR 5 charged per booking is also non-refundable.
In the event of any issues with the venue you have booked, we encourage you to contact the venue directly. While Zappit will assist in facilitating communication, we disclaim responsibility for providing refunds or compensation.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of any changes.
